An Arctic islander, I'm from the Lofoten Islands in Norway, and I dabble in marketing, music production and business management.

I am an avid traveller who loves visiting new places and cultures. So far, I have visited 28 countries across four continents - from Los Angeles to Tokyo, and from South Africa to the Arctic. Japan, Iceland and Cape Town are highlights.

Mental health is a topic of particular interest to me, and which I champion wherever I can. And, I am a nature and animal lover.
